Refunds

Please note we do not accept returns on custom and personalised products, except in the case of an error on our part. In that case, we will work with you as quickly as possible to rectify any errors and have a new item sent as soon as possible. 


Please double check all spelling for personalised items as we copy and paste what you have provided. No refunds will be processed if the spelling provided was incorrect.

if an item has been used and there is evidence of this, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Our refund or exchange policy is valid for 7 days (seven days) after you receive your item.
Please contact us within the seven days or no refund / exchange will be processed.
Should your item be faulty in any way we will process a refund or exchange, for the same item, once the item has been returned to us in its original packaging and condition.

Breakages

We take extreme pride and care when creating and packaging your items for you however we cannot control how the postal system handles your parcel, if your order is damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and contact us immediately.

Laser Artistry is not responsible for any breakages once you have unpacked your order. 
Please note that some of our items are fragile and need to be handled with care. 

Care cards and or warning labels are provided with some of our items.

Some of our material such as our mirror and clear acrylic can scratch very easily and needs to be handled with care. When cleaning your items please gently wipe with a lens cleaning cloth or lint free cloth.
Please avoid using cleaning with water, soaps or chemicals as it can cause the acrylic to crack.
