Shipping policy
Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia.
All orders are processed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia during business hours – Monday to Friday.
No orders will be processed and shipped on weekends and or public holidays.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of:

Express Post $13

Please note that orders are dropped off to Bennett Springs on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings only.
We will arrange a date and time for pick up with you, please make sure that you stick to the agreed date and time and that you provide 24 hours notice if you are not going to make your arranged time.
Cloverdale:
All orders are created from our Cloverdale location so there is a lot more flexibility with pick ups. We have a collection box available for 24/7 pick up but please let us know when you might collect to ensure your order is in the box.
Shipping:
We are usually able to create your order within 3 - 4 business days, but please allow up to 6 business days for processing and dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. During high volume periods, such as Christmas and Easter your order may take longer than anticipated to be processed and shipped. We will try our best to let customers know if there are delays through emails and posts on our social media pages – Facebook and Instagram.
Once packages are handed to the shipping company, we have no control over the speed of delivery. All packages are delivery with authority to leave unless signature on delivery is requested.
Please note that due to COVID-19 most delivery services are experiencing delays.
(I know, they are still using that excuse two years later!)
Laser Artistry is not responsible should a package go missing, please make sure you have a safe and secure area for your parcel to be left in. Should anything go wrong, please feel free to contact us on email info@laserartistry.com.au and we will try our best to help you.
Please ensure all personal details and delivery address are correct before placing your order, we are unable to change these details once your order has been placed.
This includes your email address, mobile number personalised information and items purchased.
If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address or return to sender, we will contact you to arrange the shipping of your item again, at an additional cost to you.
Express Post orders are not treated as priority. Your order will be processed in the standard processing times but will be posted express and will be in the hands of the shipping company times for express postage. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering.
